When you place an order with Eddie Current your audio gear is built to order and all tubes provided by Eddie Current are tested with your amp. Current price of the amps and shipping times are listed on the website.
Placing an order requires a 50% deposit. Upon completion of the amp, final payment is due with shipping costs. To assure safe shipping, a custom made foam insert box is required that you have the option of keeping or returning. A box deposit will be charged and refunded to you upon return of the box if you don’t want to keep it for transporting your amp (we will provide a return label).
Deposits are refundable in special circumstances; however, the deposit does go to pay for your amplifier parts and deposit refunds are contingent upon the sale of your amplifier.
Eddie Current Warranty: All Eddie Current-made products come with a 5-year warranty for parts and labor. Warranty does not include shipping costs. Warranties are only transferable on pre-owned gear certified and sold though Eddie Current. If the repair is due to customer damage or tubes not supplied by Eddie Current, repairs will be charged parts and labor, which will be quoted before work is performed. Your purchase also comes with ongoing customer support to maximize your listening enjoyment anytime you want professional advice on components, tubes and headphones.
